Injectable facial treatments Facial Mesotherapy
WHY SHOULD I HAVE FACIAL MESOTHERAPY
Mesotherapy has become an integral part of modern aesthetic medicine. Over the past decade, it has been extensively tested and clinically established. Today, it represents a valuable tool that significantly enhances the quality and overall appearance of the skin.
As we age, our skin undergoes changes on multiple levels:
-
its texture and elasticity change
-
the thickness of the dermis and subcutaneous tissues decreases
-
its ability to produce melanin evenly is altered
-
and both the number and diameter of blood vessels change
For the skin to maintain its youthful characteristics, it requires continuous repair. This process is guided by enzymes and relies on raw materials such as amino acids, sugars, lipids, vitamins, and water, which we obtain from our diet and which reach the skin through the bloodstream. When nutrition or hydration is inadequate, vitamin levels are low, we work excessively, sleep poorly, smoke, or consume alcohol regularly, skin regeneration (as well as that of other organs) slows down and the ageing process accelerates.
Clinical studies have shown that mesotherapy with specific amino acids, vitamins, and hyaluronic acid activates cellular metabolism and fibroblast activity. This leads to increased collagen production, improved hydration levels (as collagen is hydrophilic), and enhanced skin elasticity. Fine lines, small brown spots, and mild skin laxity show visible improvement from the very first treatment.
